- Student/School Self-Nomination/Entry is allowed.
- All federal, state, and private universities must have full accreditation from the National University Commission (NUC).
- All federal, state, and polytechnic and technical schools must have full accreditation from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
- All federal, state, and private colleges of education must have full accreditation from the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE).
- All federal, state, and private schools must have full approval from their respective federal and state ministries of education.
- Your school is eligible to enter if it has been established and in operations in the last 12 months at the time of nomination and entry.
- All nominated schools must have a functional and active website with not less than 3 months old updated contents.
- If your entry relates to a specific project or research, it must have been completed and fully implemented in the last 12 months.
- The award organizers retain the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the entry criteria.
- Only complete nominations and entries will be considered, and nominations and entries must be submitted online only.
- Once received, all entry forms and supporting documents become the property of NIGERIA Academic Excellence Awards (NAEA) and no returns of such material will be made. NIGERIA Academic Excellence Awards (NAEA) will not be held responsible if such documents are lost or damaged.
