NOTE: If it occurs that any organization wins any category without Accepting the awards before the closing date of Awards Acceptance, we will be compelled to declare the 2nd runner-up as the winner of the category provided the 2nd runner-up accepted the awards before the Acceptance Closing Date.

The Awards Event Support is not compulsory; however, due to the rising cost of the project planning and logistics, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any awardee on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited funds available.
